Payments for LaunchMentor are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized payment processor and merchant of record.

Refund Terms

All refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's Invoiced Consumer Terms and refund policy.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you may:

  • Submit a request directly through Paddle using your purchase receipt
  • Contact us at support@launchmentor.ai and we will assist in forwarding your request to Paddle

Refund Processing

Paddle determines refund eligibility, timing, and processing. All approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
